How we use
your email.

This notice covers the public Mukelle website and its waitlist. It does not cover a future app account or photo-based experience.

What you share

When you join, we save your email address, the time of your request, the form you used and the wording of the updates you agreed to receive. Joining does not upload photos or create an app account.

Why we use it

We use the list to send meaningful Mukelle product news, useful style examples and news when access opens. Access will open gradually. Joining does not guarantee an invitation or a launch date.

A new request also sends an email notification to Mukelle’s owner. The notification includes your email address and the signup details described above.

Services that help us

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores waitlist records. Resend processes the owner notification, which is delivered to a Gmail inbox. These providers process information to operate their services and may process it in countries other than yours.

Website and abuse protection

Cloudflare processes technical request information such as IP addresses to serve and protect the website. Our waitlist handler uses a changing hash of the request IP address to limit repeated submissions; those rate-limit records expire after 24 hours. The handler does not write your email address or raw IP address to its application logs.

Leaving the list

You can withdraw your request, correct your email address or ask us to delete your waitlist information by emailing mukelleai@gmail.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the address concerned. We keep waitlist information while it is needed for the purposes above, and remove or suppress it when you ask to leave. A minimal suppression record may be kept to avoid contacting you again.

Any future marketing email must provide a way to unsubscribe. Signing up here does not start an automated email sequence.
